Do they do a discount on booking both mod 1 and mod 2 together over separately? How much would you pay if separate?
I assume you read the terms and conditions before agreeing to them,?
From the fact they’re charging an ‘admin fee’ I take it that it was you (not the provider) that cancelled Mod2.
What do the booking/service Ts&Cs state about cancellations?
Was the Mod2 for a set date(s) or was it an as-and-when in the future call off?
Your title states “unrendered services” generally speaking if it’s you that has prevented them for being able to render such services, the ensuing costs lie with you.
