In NSW, you need to be advised before the lease change. I’d tell her to speak to a lawyer.
What is the problem with her lease being removed?
The lease is not an asset to share, she is probably not paying rent.
Need legal advice, but I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to remove someone from a lease.
Did the caravan park remove her r did her ex remove her? Either one would be illegal unless certain formal processes were followed.
Often they will be forced to either need to reinstate the lease immediately, or else pay all costs for her to move somewhere else and if the new place is more expensive (it can’t be a “worse” home) they need to pay whatever the additional rent is.
If her husband is abusive, a court can order him to move out of her home.
Regarding the lease, she needs to call DMIRS. She should mention she is a victim of domestic violence.
