I would assume that the text in that box is always the same except the rating and exam date, so considering there is no date, you probably don’t have one. I am NOT positive of that, but it’s what I’d assume based on the letter

Mine says total and permanent disability no future exams.

I pulled my commissary letter because your letter looked different than what I remembered with mine.

My letter says “…This is to certify xxxxx is an honorably discharged veteran of the Army and is entitled to disability compensation at the 100 percent rate due to service-connected disability(ies). This total disability is considered permanent. You are not scheduled for future examinations.”

Your commissary letter looks slightly different than mine, eg slight format and wording (yours states “this certificate” whereas mine states “this letter”)

So it may be that the source formatting for yours is different, resulting in the lack of a date. But there isn’t a reference to permanent in your letter either.

You may want to check with VA.

All you need now is a VA health card that says “service connected” Even 0% can shop.

Mine clearly says permanent and not scheduled for future exams

Maybe you aren’t P&T if there’s a future exam. 100% scheduler and 100% P&T are different idk though just my guess
