ACCESS Tech Collection Drive at McMaster University

McMaster University is hosting an ACCESS Tech collection drive to encourage students and staff to donate their used technology. The event will take place on the BSB field on Thursday, February 29th from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

ACCESS Tech is a joint effort involving McMaster Facility Services, University Technology Services, Academic Sustainability Program students, and Empowerment Squared, a community partner.

Participants are encouraged to bring electronic devices that are in good condition. All donated items will be refurbished and distributed to individuals in need in the Hamilton community. Any technology that cannot be reused will be recycled or upcycled by students. Additionally, extra devices will be given to students at future giveaway events.
