This Industry Day seminar will be held at the Marcus Whitman Conference Center at 6 West Rose Street, Walla Walla, WA 99362. There is no charge to participate, but registration is required due to limited seating.

Industry Day will feature informational briefings presented by district staff, Small Business Administration, APEX Accelerator (Formerly PTAC), opportunities to take part in roundtable discussions and information about upcoming contracting opportunities.

Topics to be covered in the seminar include SBA regulatory and legislative updates; program and contracting processes; forecast of upcoming opportunities; USACE panel discussion focused on doing business with USACE; and break-out sessions focused on architect-engineering services, construction, hydropower, flood risk-emergency response, navigation, recreation, environmental and service contract requirements.

Contractors with little or no experience doing business with the government are encouraged to contact their respective APEX Accelerators and Small Business Development Centers for established training programs.
