AI Legalese Decoder can help with the situation by simplifying legal jargon and assisting in understanding the complex legal issues involved in the closure of bank accounts and being blacklisted from banks in Austria.

**Unexplained Closure of Bank Accounts and Blacklisting**
The bank here in Austria closed all my accounts last summer (Erste Bank around end of September 2022) without providing an explanation, which has caused me incredible issues. In addition, I have been blacklisted from their banks. This has been a major inconvenience and has disrupted my financial stability.

**Troubles with Opening a New Bank Account**
I attempted to open a new bank account with a different bank (Post Bank). However, they sent me a mail closing my account with the same mail that they were using to open it. When I approached them for an explanation, they decided to close it without informing me of the reasons behind their decision. The only rationale they provided was “business political reasons.”

**Foreigner Living in Austria**
As a foreigner living in Austria, I have never taken a credit from the bank that closed my accounts. It is possible that I used the account as my main account and for financial transactions both within and outside of the country. However, being blacklisted from all banks in Austria has severely impacted my ability to manage my finances and has created issues with various authorities.

**KSV1870 InfoPass and Clean Financial Standing in Austria**
I applied for the KSV1870 InfoPass with authorities in Austria, and they confirmed that my financial standing in the country is completely clean and without any offenses.

**Seeking Solutions**
Given this situation, I am at a loss for what my next steps should be. I am unsure of the actions I can take to address the unexplained closure of my bank accounts, being blacklisted from all banks in Austria, and the repercussions this has for other authorities. What do you think I can do?

What nationality are you? With which countries specifically did you or are you having dealings? What kind of residency permit do you have? Did you deal with/use cryptocurrency exchanges? Without that information, there’s no way to point you towards resources.

  • DrSalazarHazard

There is a lot of information missing like what is your nationality, to which countries did you transfer money? Did you transfer money to your bank account from shady sources like third country bank accounts or crypto exchanges?

  • Mission_Extreme_6448

Likely because youÔÇÖre from a nation requiring them to do extra work.

    – Russia

    – US

    – places of war and conflict or large Russian involvement like Malta, Cyprus, Turkey, Iran, Syria.

    – African countries related to the destabilization of Niger and Sudan recently.

    – South Africa due to Russian arms exports.

Unless and until we know your nationality we canÔÇÖt answer conclusively. IÔÇÖm assuming you already know the issue since you left it out.

  • Rjinie

As you dont want to give additional information I have a feeling you already know what the problem is…

Besides that, why dont you just give them a call…?

  • Traveltracks

Are you Iranian or north Korean?

  • BusinessBreakfast3

I’ll get downvoted for this, but I’ll say it:

    Bitcoin solves this.

Search for Nigel Farage. This is happening in the UK. His website can help you get an account for international banking. And also sue your ex bank.

Edit. Summary of the facts. https://news.sky.com/story/coutts-ceo-to-stand-down-after-farage-banking-row-12928628 for neigh sayers.

By LAW a bank HAS to provide you a bank account.

It is called “basiskonto” because without bank account you are not able to participate in society as it is.

The basiskonto has some restrictions but they have to provide it.

There are some caviats with it so you should read into it, some things I remember is you are not allowed to have another bank account if you get a “basiskonto” you can look into if there are some sources or an entity where you can inform yourself about it
