Report: One-Third of Women in Tech Companies Considering Quitting in the Next Year

With 41 per cent of women expressing an interest in receiving training in AI, it is imperative to involve and empower women in this field to promote equity and inclusivity in technology development. By advancing women’s skills in AI, organizations can unlock innovative and diverse solutions to business challenges.

Besides AI, women in tech are also keen on developing leadership and project management skills, as highlighted by the survey results. Key areas of dissatisfaction include managerial support, current pay, and diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
