    Get a quitclaim deed and fill it out and tell your mother you know she forged those conveyance documents and you can prove it. Tell her to either immediately sign the house over to you (have a quitclaim deed ready for her to sign) or else you will be calling the police to report fraud and theft, and also getting an attorney to recover the stolen home. Then call the police right in front of her if she refuses to sign.
