## Addressing a Challenging Situation with Noisy Neighbors

### Introduction
Dealing with noisy neighbors can be a frustrating and challenging situation, especially when it disrupts your daily life and affects your family. In this case, the neighbors are continuously making noise during unreasonable hours, causing disturbance in your household.

### Nighttime Noise
The constant use of power tools and playing loud music from 5 PM to 4:30 AM has made it difficult for you to use your main bedroom, impacting your sleep and your children’s well-being. The noise levels recorded are far above what is considered acceptable for a residential area, making it even more challenging to cope, especially with a child who has autism.

### Verbal Abuse and Threats
Attempting to address the issue with the neighbors has only led to verbal abuse and threats of violence, creating a hostile living environment. This behavior is unacceptable and adds to the stress of the situation.

### Police Intervention and Mediation
Despite reporting the issue to the police, their lack of intervention unless physical assault occurs leaves you feeling helpless. Similarly, the lengthy process of mediation through the CJC adds to the frustration of finding a resolution.

### AI Legalese Decoder Solution
The AI Legalese Decoder can help navigate legal documents, including NSW title searches, to identify and contact the landlords of the noisy neighbors. By utilizing this tool, you can efficiently gather information and address the situation with the property owner, potentially leading to a quicker resolution.

Can you search online for when the property was advertised for rent most recently and find agent or personal contact details?

    Otherwise council for noise issues?

How many times have the police not attended??

Have you googled the address to see if its connected to Real Estate Agent? Can the council give you the address of the registered owner?

SA has a piece of rental legislation where neighbours can breach tenants for this stuff and go for eviction. I’d like to think maybe there’s something similar you can pursue.

The title search doesn’t have an address on it? Can you reach the landlord via the real estate agent?

  • Ok_Crow_8204

Your local council would be the best organisation to speak to. They will have details of the owner/s and should be able to assist you even by sending out a noise abatement notice to the offending property.

If you only have the LL’s name but no address and there’s no RE managing the place, do you know if the tenants would possibly pass mail onto the LL? You could always post a letter addressed to the LL but addressed to your neighbour’s and hope they will give them the mail?
