So is the photo of you and the stone wall, or you, the other employee, and the stone wall? If it includes another person, you may not be correct in using their likeness without their permission.
If the photo was taken by an employee of the other company (i.e. it wasn’t taken by you), then the copyright of the photo likely belongs to the company and therefore you cannot use it without permission. Additionally, the inclusion of an employee of the company (assuming that is the case) gives them basis to ask for removal of the photo.
If the photo was taken by someone else who is not an employee of the other company, then the copyright would likely belong to the photographer. So also, you cannot use the image without their consent.

It depends on what you mean by ‘illegally’ but I’m sure since you know what you mean, you can figure out which department to call to make your report. Those departments will tell you the procedure when you contact them.

Your old employer wants you to remove an example of your craftsman performed while working for them? Further, IÔÇÖm assuming you took the photo. You did so with your omen camera and it wasnÔÇÖt an image you would have collected in work.
They donÔÇÖt have a right to ask this. They have no copyright in the image. It isnÔÇÖt confidential. There is no privacy issue.
As for the illegal workers. DonÔÇÖt go there. If you didnÔÇÖt have reason to report them before you have no reason to do so now. The consequences will attach to them not the employer.
So politely decline the request and get revenge by doing good work and being paid well for it.
