IÔÇÖve been checking the app obsessively, refreshing the claim letter page, etc.
Brothers & Sisters here is my time line of 2 claims, I’m trying to follow the format required but some abbreviation I can’t match my record. here are my 2 claims details/timeline, hope helps!
Claim1 – Compensation increase (service related items)
Submitted: 2-AUG-2023 (with addtional evidence, type:correspondence)
-> 14-AUG-2023 Additonal evidence (type: Subsequent Development Letter)
-> 11-OCT-2023 PMR Pending (Type: VA21-4142a, General release for Mecial Provider Info)
->21-NOV-2023 Additional Evidence (Type: Exam Request)
-> 3-JAN-2024 Additional Evidence (Type: C&P exam)
-> 4-JAN-2024 Decision (I claimed 2 items, one got reduced to zero, the other one bumped up 10%, which this claim I got nothing from it, -10 and +10 situation lol)

Claim 2 – Supplemental claim (2 items)
After this claim closed, all history hided, tring my best to remember the time frame but can’t be accurate on date.
-> 2-AUG-2023 Submitted the claims with 2 items
-> End of Aug-2023 VA wants me to sign the release medical record form for third party clinic
-> Mid October -2023 VA shows in review.
-> First week in Nov 2023, received the phone call for QTC exam for those 2 claims, however, there’s one exam has to wait all the way till begining of the Jan, due to so many people.-> after the Jan exam (last exam), status in review (for decision)
-> decision on 30-Jan, and I found out the status changed on 5-FEB-2024 on VA website, still no physical letter of this decision shipped to my address yet, but I already saw the result from the VA site.
Result: one item give me from not connected to 30%, the other one once again, denied is service connected.
Final result, from 90% to 100% with P&T. Received the back pay this morning, dated from last year August ( the moment I filed the claim, should’ve file earlier since I started the treatment almost 2 years, lost a great fortune…)

My dad was a 30 year active duty E-9 that got 100% as well but passed away at 57. He told me and my brother to get every little ailment documented and it paid off for us. I was able to get 100 in just a year and 2 claims with multiple items per claim. Also this forum helped me a lot with doing VA math and knowing what ailments I could apply for. I am still in the AF reserves 16 years, only 4 to go, just getting the minimum points needed each year since I have to pay back the VA for my days. Thank you all for the information.

I have had no C&P exams or additional evidence requests. Yesterday I noticed it was assigned a temp jurisdiction, but I hadnt checked it in like a week so I dont know when that happened exactly. They also posted a notice that they have sent a development letter which I have not received. I have a call with VERA (my first one) tomorrow to see whats up.

Currently sitting at 93%. Only 20% more needed based on VA Math. Sleep Apnea & PTSD TDIU exam (inferred by Va rater) next week. Pending Right Knee exam as well. My only concern is that all my rated conditions are static including my PTSD rating, but will getting TDIU for PTSD remove that static condition ?
