DEED Office of Small Business and Innovation Director Neela Mollgaard emphasizes the significant impact of small businesses on the state’s economy. In fact, small businesses comprise 99.4% of all businesses in Minnesota and employ approximately 75% of the state’s workers. These businesses also play a vital role in enhancing the vibrancy of their communities. This event series has been specifically developed to make it easier for small businesses across Minnesota to learn about the support available to them from the state and to showcase the local, regional, and statewide resources that are accessible to support their growth and success.

The Small Business Resource Connection event in Rochester is scheduled to take place on February 29 from 3 to 5 pm at Cascade Meadow Wetlands and Environmental Science Center, St. MaryÔÇÖs University ÔÇô Rochester. This event will be free and open to the public.
