    I’m not diminishing the aggravation and utter stupidity of the Allstate agent, completely unacceptable. That being said, knowing the state your roof was in why did you not take steps to protect these assets instead of leaving them exposed to the elements? Everything I store in my attic is generally sealed up in containers to avoid this very thing.
