ÔÇ£During the spring and the summer and the fall, those are your busiest times, and in the wintertime it does slow down considerably. So sometimes that’s a good thing,ÔÇØ Haas explained.

Yet itÔÇÖs also a major challenge, he said. ÔÇ£We just have to work really, really hard, spring through fall, and try to get as much work done as possible.ÔÇØ

Haas further explained the day-to-day process of running the business: he responds to phone calls by scheduling appointments and then visits his clients, servicing them in the role of a technician.
