I separated from the Army on a medboard about 3 months after you. The army finance office handled it for me before they processed my severance. All I had to do was give them my proposed ratings letter. It might be worth reaching out to the finance office you handled your separation.
I got the letter last year and send it out. Irs still not working on it. I sent it certified so I know it made it to their po box but going to thr irs website, there is no updates.
