Hubbard excelled as an information systems security officer (ISSO) for various programs, including NAVSUP BSC, Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet Module Test Repair Application (MTRA), and Financial Audit Compliance Enhancement Tool programs. He completed 73 sprint tasks to enhance MTRA’s cybersecurity posture and had 12 additional tasks in progress.

Tanya Wang, an IT specialist for the Core Business Solutions departmentÔÇÖs Foreign Military Sales team, was recognized as the Junior Employee of the Year. Wang contributed significantly to Integrated Technical Item Management and Procurement modernization and Computerized Provisioning, Allowance, and Supply System. She developed a new business intelligence course curriculum for the Royal Saudi Naval Forces’ advanced user group and created key process maps that were previously undocumented.

Scott Messner, an IT specialist for the Logistics Solutions department, was named Command Support Employee of the Year. Messner served as the One Touch Support (OTS) operations lead, ensuring compliance with OTS standard operating procedures and command information assurance and security standards. He managed over 25,600 system authorization access requests and acted as the OTS ISSO for 200 NAVAIR SAARs.

The OIS (Ordnance Information System) team received the Team of the Year award for their exemplary efforts in cloud migration and development, security, and operations initiatives. The team leveraged new technologies and reinvested capital to support the warfighter and reduce cyber risk. With a 93.2 percent throughput of work and numerous deployments to production, the OIS team excelled in supporting the OIS application.
