You aren’t withdrawing cash. You don’t have cash, you have pieces of a company (or fund that holds companies).
You have to sell the shares before you have any cash that can be withdrawn.
With smartshares you own the shares directly in your name. Any broker will be able to sell them for you but you will need to set yourself up with them.
I transfered mine to invesntnow and manage them through there where it’s easier to withdraw
