You didn’t admit to her allegations you admitted to staying away from her. This is like every celebrity who has an accusation levied against them and then it’s settled quickly after to the mutual agreement of both parties. She made an accusation. And the solution was settled to to the mutual agreement of both parties to stay away from each other. It doesn’t make her allegations true. If a judge didn’t agree to the restraining order, the allegations would still be out there. You’re not in trial or anything. You just have mutual stay away order. You wanting to relitigate this is giving off vibes of controlling behavior.
Sounds like you retained the wrong lawyer. Maybe your lawyer is right, but if this is going to be an issue for you, find another lawyer ASAP, explain what happened, and ask what can be done (if anything). Youve missed the opportunity to file one on her for a mutual dropping of the charges Sadly, I had to do this once in a similar situation, once you put them in the same boat they drop charges and TROs in about 10 seconds You are where you are The good news is that you didnt have to file as a domestic violence offender if she stuck you with the PRO. Count your blessings and move on.
