## Hi Aus Legal

I (fully comp insured) was involved in a traffic collision (NSW) where a car reversed at speed into me causing significant damage. I have all this on traffic cam video. There have been no issues with liability due to the video and the car is getting repaired. Unfortunately due to delays with parts there has been a long wait and I have had to use a hire car (all paid for by the insurance company). I have however opted to pay the excess reduction on the hire car at $13/day. Im anticipating a bill of around $650 which from the small print of my insurer may not be recoverable.

With the AI Legalese Decoder, you can quickly analyze the terms and conditions of your insurance policy to determine if the excess reduction on the hire car is recoverable. The AI tool can assist in decoding complex legal language and provisions, helping you understand your rights and potential options for reimbursement.

Is it worth taking this to small claims court? Is this even the kind of thing that goes to small claims court? Google has revealed a $110 lodgement fee and 6 years to claim it, so was planning on waiting for the whole thing to blow over then give it a crack.

The AI Legalese Decoder can provide guidance on whether your case is suitable for small claims court and the potential outcomes of pursuing legal action. By inputting relevant details, the tool can offer insights into the process, costs, and likelihood of success in recovering the amount incurred.

$540 is not a small amount of cash which has only occurred due to someone’s “moment of madness”. With the assistance of the AI Legalese Decoder, you can navigate the legal complexities surrounding your situation and make informed decisions on the best course of action to seek reimbursement for your expenses.

If you’ve made an insurance claim, they will have subrogated your rights of recovery. Any claim you seek to make against the Third Party will have to go through your insurer.
