Your holiday year begins in April, right? Absent any other arrangement, any holiday from before April is gone. If you didn’t use it, that tough unless there were a few specific reasons (like being ill, pregnant, etc.).
So if you left in a week’s time, you’d have accrued about 10% of your holiday for this year. They won’t pay you a years holiday pay for working 1 and a bit months.
Almost all employment contracts include a clause allowing the employer to pro-rate your holiday entitlement if you leave power way through the holiday year.

75 hours/year works out to 6.25 hours/month so you’ve used a little over 2 months worth of holiday already. If you quit now less than 2 months into your holiday year you wouldn’t be owed and holiday pay – you’d potentially owe your employer.
Statutory holiday is accrued based on hours worked, most companies allow you to book it all from the start of the holiday year based on your contracted hours and assuming you are there a full holiday year. Edit: Having had a look myself assuming its an 06/04 reset date then you have only accrued 6 hours and taken 13, meaning you owe the company 7 hours.
