I used to not pay child support. I had always dealt with the mothers outside of court and they didn’t receive state assistance so I never got brought in for it ,until…I had a new baby. She pursued it and while having to go to court I had my 14 yr old daughter dropped off at my home because her mom couldn’t handle her and I’m like alright ,ill take her down here with me and let her get a glimpse of this is. Well ,she must’ve told her mom all about ut as when she went back home I had her mom kicking me while down and dealing with the other one ,pursue me in court for my 14 yr old child’s child support! After all these years and with the information of my daughter she knew she could get some money out my check ! To top it off kept giving them my address wrong and git her decision of default, and I’m like damn ,can’t even ask me if I’m going to court ? Just talk on the phone to me about everything else with our daughter frequently ,but can’t tell me that ? So now I was getting slammed for 2 kids leaving me pretty broke. A few years pass and a cps worker gets ahold of me and I tell her I don’t have room at my trailer if yall are trying to keep all the kids together than let her go to her grandma’s with the rest of her brothers and sisters. Failing to tell me that that would have made me a respondent. And just as bad as a parent who had their kids taken away. She also lied and said I didn’t know my daughter and had to fight tooth and nail to get her to my house from foster care ,I also got full custody and take every penny I can from that scandalous snake of a woman. Then cries when she doesn’t get her way with her and brings up Co parenting ,HA! What a joke you tell as I was always there and the moment you could kick me while I was down you did. And now she doesn’t have any of her children and works two jobs to pay over 900 a month in child support I love you karma ❤️
I mean, my husband has his kids 55% of the time, pays for all insurance, extracurriculars, etc and pays his ex $2500/ month so she can remain under employed and bitchy about her shortage of money.

Does the agreement say 60%? In Massachusetts( it sure what other states) that’s the same as 50/50 when applied to child support calculator if you are making more money, they would add it up, divide by 2, and the higher earner pays the other.
