In order for a picture to count as CSAM, it needs to either feature the child in a sexual act, or contain a “lewd and lascivious” display of the child’s genitals.
Other nude photos are not going to be considered CSAM/Child Pornography.

the photos themselves would not be child pornography, but that doesn’t mean they couldn’t potentially be evidence in a court case for the abuse. I would definitely mention them to any lawyer as potential evidence. Sending best thoughts.
I’d take them to the police as evidence to press charges. What they did to you was flat out wrong and they should be punished.

You can always ask a lawyer what they would recommend
This is far above reddits paygrade, and the only one who can answer this question is a lawyer, do not try to DIY this, especially because you said these images were taken while you were abused.
You should find a local lawyer specialising in criminal law and/or sexual abuse, or contact RAINN for further resources, and follow their advice. And when visiting a lawyer don’t take the pictures with you unless they specifically ask for it or tell you what to do with them, store them in a secure location.
The definition of csam varies. Where I am (Australia) what you’ve described would count. Take it to the police and let them tell you.

I’m not a lawyer or knowledgeable in this subject at all but I have been sa so I sympathize with you and I want to tell you an experience I had with a photo of my daughter. She was not nude she was wearing one of those toddler tank top things and a little skirt and the photo was a close up of her face. She was 2 at the time we got divorced lol but my ex husbands lawyer tried to say that my photo of my clothed daughter was inappropriate and use it against me in court. It did not work. I’m a fantastic parent. My kid is 25 now 🙂 and loves me lots we get along great. But the reason I’m revealing this on a public forum is this. A lot of things are about the perception of the viewer. My ex was trying to find any reason to say I was unfit and said all sorts of weird things. (Not saying thats what you’re doing) what I am saying is that you experienced a terrible thing and you have your own experiences triggered when you see those photos. It’s going to be difficult to look at them in an unbiased way and see if they are actually evidence or not.
But like if I was falsely accused over a clothed photo of a toddlers face once that was so much less than what youre describing. you’re naked and a young adult thats going to raise red flags. Is it enough to do anything legally? That depends on sooo many things. Like everyone else has suggested I think you should talk to the da. At the very least find out if it was illegal for her to ship photos of you naked across states like that. And talk to them and see what the statute of limitations is if youre willing. Those photos while not revealing will still tell a story.

The legality of images of children is often complicated. In the US, on a federal level, nudity is not sufficient for it to be legally considered CSAM media but it’s also not necessary. People aren’t likely to be carted off to prison over a picture of their baby in the bath, but plenty of people have been locked up over clearly sexually explicite photos that weren’t fully nude.
Even if these images themselves aren’t illegal they might be evidence. Keep anything connected to the images- the envelope, any contact they’ve made about them, whatever yiu can think of.
If there’s an open case about the abuse or was previously, contact whoever in charge about that case about the images, and see what they want done with them. If there isn’t, the first step in beginning one is to contact the appropriate authorities in the jurisdiction where the abuse occurred. In either case, you may also want to contact the authorities in the jurisdiction it was mailed from, as well as the appropriate departments in the USPS and the FBI.
Bigger issue, though- are you okay? That doesn’t sound like something beneficial to your recovery.
