RUN!!! If you are considering using this law firm, don’t walk…run! They can not keep attorneys on staff. I had 4 different ones during my divorce. They are VERY unorganized, but yet charge you for every little thing, even when you have to follow up because they can’t seem to find your documents. My attorney showed up to mediation and told me she was leaving the practice the next week and had not even reviewed my documentation. I was therefore completely ripped apart by the mediator while she just sat there. I didn’t even meet the attorney representing me in court until 5 minutes before court started. This place is horrible so please don’t even consider it an option
Worst experience I’ve ever had with an attorney. Do NOT hire an attorney from this firm. The attorney I hired Emily Pheiffer did absolutely nothing for me except take my money. I would have been better off representing myself for my divorce. Then when I refused to pay any more they take you to court.. Most of the cases in court were from this law firm if that tells you anything! The 1 star is way more than I would give but you have no other choice. If you aren’t satisfied with bad service you should not have to pay. The $1,500.00 I paid was a complete waste. I made less than $10,000 dollars the 2 years I was separated and after court she tells me I can appeal and can’t wait to get away from me. The firm gets a $4078.00 judgement on me. The total costs was only supposed to be 4000.00 and I paid 1500.00. The rich get richer the poor get poorer. You can’t even refuse to pay for incompetent representation. I deserve a refund not a judgment.
I went to this law firm to help with my probate for my house. All they did was take my money. Do not go here!!
They also cannot keep their attorneys as I had Emily P and she left. This resulting in my case had to start over and MORE money.
