    Are you in a HMO, where everyone has a separate contract for thier individual room, or do you rent the property in its entirety (i.e. There is one contract with all your names on it)? This affects the Landlords right to access, and is potentially important to know.

    For example in the former case, the Landlord wouldn’t have to give notice to enter communal areas, but in the latter case they would.

    You mean smart TRVs that control the temperature or the radiator?

    But then you said that plugs into them, so is that electric radiators plugged into the wall?

    I mean if you don’t pay for bills anyway then this is probably to manage the heat in the property.
