Under the CRA 2015, any fault occurring within 6 months is deemed to have existed at the point of purchase, and the onus is on the supplier to prove otherwise.
For the first 30 days, a customer has the short term right to reject a faulty car for an immediate refund.
After that and up to 6 months, the supplier gets one chance to repair or replace what’s at fault. If this repair fails, you have a final right to reject the car at this point for a refund.
To be clear, to reject the car, the fault must impede or prevent the car from serving it’s purpose, and a failed or failing clutch would likely do just that.
Given that your PCP providers have also said to you to give the dealership one chance to resolve, and it appears it hasn’t been, then this should be plenty of backup for you to exercise your rights.
No need to give them another opportunity to remedy, by the sounds of it.

As per the other comment, you can use a final right to reject, if the repair has failed / the same fault has reoccured. So the question is, is the 2nd fault the same as the first.
In addition, as it’s brought on finance, you also get s75 protection, so if the car isn’t fit for purpose you can complain to the finance company who should refund you.

A clutch is deemed to be a consumable, whose useful life is also dependent on the style of driving. So if it’s a mechanical defect or driver error will be material to the validity of any claim.
