Initial Investment Experience
This is my first investment. I hold NVIDIA stock with both Trading 212 (S&IISA) and Dodl (S&I LISA), and suffice to say, my investment has been going well.

I vaguely knew about the 10-for-1 split stock arrangement and decided to hold onto my investments, thinking that it wouldn’t affect the overall value of my shares. The value of my shares on Trading 212 has remained roughly the same, but on Dodl – where I’d previously bought 2 shares – the value of my investment has gone down by 84.96% almost overnight.
Discrepancy and Concern
Is this some sort of sick error on Dodl’s end or have I really, really screwed up? I thought that as a result of the split stock arrangement that I’d just own more NVIDIA stock but the value would remain unchanged.
Seeking Clarification and Guidance
I will be speaking to customer service, but just wanted to clarify that I haven’t missed anything extremely stupid?? Help??

I have the same with AJ Bell. They say it will automatically correct in a couple of days. Something to do with the US share management intermediary.

That response in your edit is complete rubbish. It does not take a few days for shares to arrive. I would not be using that provider again
Impossible to tell without some kind of screenshot. It’s possible that if you didn’t have 10 shares on dodl that they settled you in cash. You won’t have actually lost 85%
