  • 8 months and the only reimbursement paid by my insurance was to my medical providers cause I personally submitted my insurance information to them and they made the claim themselves without the lawyer. 1 month since I left Broderick’s firm & I am finally getting reimbursed. I put in claims without a lawyer and it was way less work than with Broderick’s firm. I got actual results. Janet had the claim information for months and did nothing. then after she was clearly fired in writing she emailed me saying she went to my insurance company to represent me tho I had already fired her and went through my medical records after the case was closed for her office. That is a huge violation of privacy and legal misrepresentation. Janet was so incompetent that even when I sent her edits to forms that she only had to cut and paste and switch out into the same forms as directed- she would fail to do it correctly. One time it took 6 more edits tho the information was sent to her correctly the first time by me & every time after during the edit. Her repetitive clerical errors took at least double, if not triple my time to put in paperwork that Janet would do nothing with. Janet had all the information for many claims and yet got nothing done for months. Prior to Christmas I told her how financially strapped I was. She did nothing. She only wanted to work on my case after I fired the firm. Brandon Broderick had one call with me and said the firm would take care of everything so I didn’t have to worry about it and so they earned the 33% payout. they did not do one thing for me. I have emails from Janet telling me to submit claims myself even though I told her thatvwas her job & I suffered from a brain injury. I was hit by a car speeding at probably 50mph while on my bike without a helmet. I need to focus on recovery and was out of work/$. Brandon Broderick’s firm and Janet were horribly inhumane and grossly incompetent.

  • Very good service. Special thanks to lawyer Martha Vasquez in NJ, she is just awesome.

  • Unfortunately I wish I read more reviews before attempting to use this law firm. This firm was super quick and responsive to continuously call me and notify me to sign their retainer agreements despite my initial hesitation. I spoke with personable ÔÇ£salesÔÇØ representatives who gave me the impression they truly cared to help me and that I could reach out anytime if I need assistance.

However as soon as my documents were signed, these persons were all of a sudden no longer available no matter how many calls or voicemails I left. I only attempted to reach these ÔÇ£salesÔÇØ members again, because no one on my assigned ÔÇ£teamÔÇØ put any effort into communicating with me.

I was told I would hear from a case manager, paralegal, and my attorney. My ÔÇ£case managerÔÇØ eventually called me, and after a short conversation mentioned they would have more information within an hour.

No follow up attempts were made to me, and I subsequently had to reach out to them myself the next day. I was given an ÔÇ£answering serviceÔÇØ representative who told me that their information was limited and that no one was available. This firm has an actual person answer the phone, just to tell you that no one is available and there is no one else you can call. You just have to wait and hope someone who knows something about your case might call you back. Better off just going straight to voicemail.

ItÔÇÖs as if your information is just passed around without any real progress, and then you wait hoping things will work out. Then IÔÇÖm sure like other reviews posted here, months will pass and then youÔÇÖll just be told theyÔÇÖre no longer interested in your case.

After waiting a week with no response, I reached out again and told them to drop my case. It took me all of 15 minutes to actually hear back from an actual attorney from a different law firm with better reviews.

I hope your team can do better in the future. Ultimately you were able to hype me up to trust your team and believe you actually wanted to help me, only to be passed around & disregarded at a basic level of communication.

  • I reached out to this firm because of an accident that had just occurred. Within minutes I received a call back from Joseph who clearly went through the process ahead and assured me that I was in good hands with this firm. I feel confident in working together to rectify the problem that occurred.

  • My experience with Brandon J. Broderick handling my case was subpar. Initially, he proposed a low settlement until I insisted on negotiating for more. It felt like he wasn’t fighting to his fullest potential. If you’re seeking a dedicated attorney who truly has your best interests, I recommend exploring other options.
