To who it may concern, I had an extremely important situation arise, and I called my attorney. I had reached an individual by the name of Miriam who listened to my situation and concerns. She took immediate action and took complete ownership and help me in spite of the fact that I had reached the wrong department and my situation had nothing to with her position and experience. She was extremely attentive to my situation. She was kind and went above and beyond her job! She stayed in contact with me and gave me updates the whole time as she worked an attorney and handled my situation. The situation was resolved within less than three weeks time which would have otherwise taken me months if not years and thousands of dollar later to resolve if it wasnÔÇÖt for Miriam. I truly hope that Miller & Miller Recognize what an amazing, intelligent, and compassionate employee they have. I canÔÇÖt thank you enough Miriam. I wish you all the Amazing gifts this world has to offer!! The world needs more people like you!

Make sure youÔÇÖre 100% sure you want to file before giving these people a dime or you will never see it again.
I have asked for a refund of the $1900 that I paid for over 5 years ago and they have done nothing but give me the run around. Each time they tell me they owe me less because they charge you for every phone conversation you have with them supposedly. They have lied and said they have talked to my creditors, they have given me conflicting amounts on what they were refunding me, and also had one tell me to take care of one of my issues on my credit before and then they would give me my money back.
I was a caregiver for my father who has recently passed of cancer and working full time. I also got married during this time among so many other things that have come to pass. All of my time and energy was put into these things. Any time I did have time to call they gave me more lies.
The last conversation I was crying to them because I was so upset that they still had not given me a straight answer and I started getting marketing calls from them. The man said that a $1200 check was in the mail I would have settled with that but  they never sent that either.
Update:
Kristina reached out to me promptly to mention that they did send a check some time ago but was never received or cashed.
She verified my address and sent the check and I ref over it by the end of the week.
I appreciate the help I received from you at a time I needed it the most.
They don’t answer or return phone calls. Canceled my filing but still asking for money. The companies that they supposedly notified are showing up at my house with lawsuits. You’re better off just filing for yourself, or finding a legitimate attorney. ETA that they have time to reply to a negative review, but still have not responded to any phone calls.
If you need an Attorney, Miller& Miller Law is the place to go. All my questions were answered with professional answers. And the feedback to me was phenomenal. They are willing to take on
whatever your need may be.
