Both Esther and Roberto ( North York office) were great in handling my fatherÔÇÖs estate – they were supportive, gave great advice and insight – highly recommend them both.
Strongly do not recommend the services of this lawyer at the Whitby office. She didnÔÇÖt explain the options available on how to proceed with an estate dispute (against the executives of the estate) such as spousal support.The Lawyer initially took the case on the premise that fraud was committed with undo influences .Her assistant was very sarcastic and she was deceived in believing the mis-info the executives provided. I thought she was either naive or lack experience in real life situations .It almost felt like she was representing the executives.

I was informed later by the new lawyer I retained that Devry Smith Frank LLP was indeed representing the executives. (They must have been retained immediately after I retained them which is a clear conflict of interest). The law firm should have at leased informed me that they were also retained by the executives.
Anyways the new lawyer I retained did successfully resolve the case in less than 2yrs.
( If I followed the so called advice from
DSF, I would have ultimately received nothing from the estate.)
