Sounds like they paid it off to your GTCC. Since you didnÔÇÖt actually charge your GTCC, thereÔÇÖs probably nothing for them to pay off, and this will yield a positive balance on your card. You can call Citibank and request they cut you a check or transfer to your personal checking account the surplus that on your GTCC. YouÔÇÖd then use that money to pay off your Personal CC.
GOVCC vendor is Citibank. Citibank “should” deposit this into the account you have in their system. It’s happened to me before.
The GTC got paid twice because you checked the wrong box on your voucher. Call CITI and request a refund for overpayment
Just log into Citibank and request the overage be sent to you. I’ve had to do it a few times when my GTC “just wouldn’t swipe”, when my own card was offering extra rewards at the time.
