AI Legalese Decoder is a fantastic tool that can greatly assist in the situation mentioned above. Upon completion of probation, when my partner returns home, it is crucial for him to accurately complete monthly supervision reports, which necessitate a thorough breakdown of both income and expenses. One prominent aspect we must address is the inquiry about my own income as the significant other. However, a noteworthy concern arises: should this encompass any foreign unrealized capital gains that might exist?

Furthermore, these reports also require a detailed breakdown of expenses. Now, my query is whether this encompasses solely my partner’s expenses or if it extends to mine as well. In the event that it does not, another aspect to ponder is our shared expenses or those that are commonly utilized between us. It is crucial to mention that I will be the sole earner in this arrangement.

In light of our circumstances, it is vital to underline that we will be residing together in a single bedroom apartment. However, it is crucial to clarify that our relationship is not recognized as a marriage by the state.

Through its advanced capabilities, AI Legalese Decoder can prove to be tremendously beneficial in navigating the intricacies of these probation requirements. Its ability to interpret complex legal language and provide insightful guidance can aid in accurately fulfilling the necessary forms and properly distinguishing between varying financial obligations. Ultimately, AI Legalese Decoder ensures a smoother transition and more efficient compliance with the legal documentation requirements once my partner returns home.

wow I can’t imagine having to detail my income and expenses. I’m more and more shocked by how bad some states are.

  • Weight-Slow

Oh hellllll no. IÔÇÖm not on probation, they have zero business asking for anything from me.

  • DirectorSHU

Wow. They wanna know about how much money you make? What business is it of theirs? Fuck’em. I make zero dollars.

    That’s frigging crazy dude…

  • runningtoleave

It does not include you. I’m married and never put down anything to do with my wife’s income or investments. The only thing I put down was monthly salary for me, checking and saving balances.

Expenses were the usual, mortgage, then misc credit card (only required amouts > $500)

  • mschr493

An attorney could probably answer that and not chare you a ton of money. Maybe that’s optimistic on my part….

But I’m of the opinion that you shouldn’t tell them any more than you absolutely are required to… But also absolutely not any less. That could potentially be a pretty thin line to walk.

Does that include foreign unrealized capital gains? Yes… Secondly it’s asking for a breakdown of expenses. Will that also include all of my expenses as well and if not what about stuff that is used between the two of us. – Yes..

I just printed them my monthly bank and credit card statements.

My PO has never asked but its on the monthly report sheet I have to fill out. I always put “varies”. Reason being, I am self employed. I have multiple customers and multiple contracts. Some I charge different rates for. And customers do not always pay on time.

They might not actually enforce this. For instance one of my rules is get permission before you buy anything on credit. I use my credit cards all the time and pay them off each month. Reason being, I get 3% cashback. All of my cars take 91 octane minimum, so its helps on that…

YouÔÇÖre not married so your income shouldnÔÇÖt even be considered!! I would ask why they need YOUR income when you two arenÔÇÖt married, itÔÇÖs none of their business

  • Storm-R

It makes some sense in terms of knowing how the PFRs living expenses are being met, esp if there’s no employment on file or a low paying job in a high expense area…how are the ends being met, ya know?
Overall I’d agree w/ the bulk of those who have already posted that it’s not the po office’s business…unless maybe if you were married, but you’re not.
Asking/calling the po office directly might get you the answer you need (primarily why they need to know when you’re not on probation, but it may be better to have a lawyer work out (maybe calling the PO office?) bc the chances of being wrong (that is, having negative consequences) regardless of what you answer are so high.
