I understand why you’re upset. It’s your image of a family moment that wasn’t done in front of the world. Your uncle did a crappy thing, but it was completely legal. I think I have seen this photo and if it is the one I saw, no one would recognize you because of the angle and the mask.
Plus,It hard to fathom in 2023 a young adult being upset with this online photo unless you are not a user of social media. If you keep a low profile on social media then yeah you every right to request the photo be removed from his webpages. That would be courteous. But it is a fantastic photo and it did win second place in a photography competition because of the composition, the water and the shark and it is more than a photo of a teenager in a bikini. At the same time, if your uncle brings it up just to irk you, he is TAH and since he is in his 70s now, he might be becoming senile.
Considering you were a minor when the image was taken I believe you have every right to feel the way you do. Screw your uncle! What he did was shady.
