How can you be a EU citizen overstaying an EU visa??? Also registration has nothing to do with visa. Overstaying a visa (if you had one) will most likely incur in future refusal for the same visa or a ban for a certain time, depending on your passport and travel history. But this seems not to be the case, you are making confusion between an overstay and lacking of registration
