    The police aren’t taking a report “against the school.”

    If you see people abusing kids, call the police and CPS. (If you’re a teacher, you’re almost certainly a mandated reporter and are REQUIRED to report this).

    You will need dates, time, names of abuser and victim, and any witnesses for each occurrence. The police can’t investigate a general complaint against unspecified staff.

    A general complaint could be made to the school board, District supervisor.

    You need to call CPS. Now. You can be liable for FAILING to make a report when there is suspicion of child abuse or neglect. Depends on state (I don’t know WYs ) but usually within 12 hours of learning of the suspicion of abuse.

You can report to the Dept. of Ed., the AG, & whatever other state agency may have jurisdiction. Unfortunately, in these cases the needle generally doesn’t move until a ***parent/ family*** sues.
