    Sounds like a week and a half of sick leave for stress.
    Your employer might be able to withhold 1.5 weeks from your final wage payment. Any annual leave or long service leave should be paid in full

    Work there as long as you want, then take sick leave (get a certificate from your Dr for that time). If you have sick leave accumulated, it will be paid time and if you don’t with will be sick leave without pay. They will pay out your remaining annual leave at the end. If you apply for annual leave now (for that remaining period), chance is they will decline it.

    I’d say work for two days. Third day you fall sick middle of the day and then dont show up for two days. Bring a medical certificate showing you may still require some rest. They will ask you to not come back.

    Get a doctor to sign you off on sick leave.

    You’re then “working out your 4 weeks” and they can’t deduct a single thing from you, for failure to give adequate notice.

    Also if you have accrued sick leave, they’ll be obliged to pay it

    Go to your GP and advised how stressed you are regarding the situation.

    Give your employer a note from your GP covering the last 2 weeks as unfit for duties.

    You can be paid sick leave for 2 weeks, or whatever form of entitlements you have owing.
