Contact the RTA, they are there to help landlords as well. I had squatters in my first place and it was pretty upsetting. The property manager screwed up with all the formal notices. You should start this process immediately and make sure they are issued with the correct breach notices and that the dates are all correct. Once you have done this and followed the correct steps (with evidence), you then need to lodge with QCAT, this can take months so gotta get moving now
