Morgan was great at answering all of my questions and explaining in detail so that I fully understood the process. Her assistant Jennifer was quick to start the process and get me into a physical therapist at the beginning of my case. Jennifer was not always very clear when explaining particulars or the status of my case but Morgan was always able to clear up any unclear information in a timely manner. No call back.Upon arrival 03/04/2024.I was verbally talked down to.I asked about not calling clients back,was yelled at by my attorney.I told her not to raise her voice at me considering i hired her and that she worked for me lower your voice and be professional.Mr Parrish along with 5 other men surrounded me and escorted me out.
Why were they so triggered because I asked why no return calls. I was approached very
