The design team’s objective was to efficiently guide people through the airport while creating a welcoming space that encapsulates the culture and environment of the Pacific Northwest.

The design also integrates the building with the surrounding environment, preserving a grove of native Douglas fir and sequoia trees and showcasing the mass timber frame.
