Just googling that question leads to a rabbit hole of tax forms so I’m assuming the nearest thing you can get is a UCITS ETF that holds US bonds, but that will not get you your desired “lock in and hold to maturity” outcome.
If i understand it correctly, the problem for buying tbiils for us europeans is that provider of them on primary market, Treasury Direct is available only in US, for US residents, with valid SS number. We europeans can buy them either through MM funds or UCITS ETfÔÇÖs, secondary market.
