How long have you waited for your claim??
My rep is in Seattle too!
I had a call Monday to inquire about the status of my supplemental claim. He said it looks like it’s almost done and to expect something by the 4th. I’ve never called them before, so I have no idea how accurate that is. He didn’t have anything positive to say about it, which I’ve heard other people here talk about it, so I’m not so hopeful about the result. But he was nice, so that’s good.
What time period would be right to call? 2 months? 3 months?

Crazy I was told the same thing during my VERA appointment with a rep out Seattle. Seems to be an issue in that office because claims are just sitting there not being touched that was according to the rep. My 2 appeals which were filed in December of last year have not been looked at since January. The rep told me the VA has all the information to decide the appeals but have not looked at them.
How do you even get Vera on the phone? They’ve stood me up 3 times in a row and they’re scheduling a month out in SoCal just to be stood up again.
