    Well. Just be aware, if you have them as a tenant / sub tenant. You can no longer evict them for no grounds. I.e. they annoy you, smell, leave a mess. No joy.

    So you really want to avoid classing them as a tenant.

    You will also impact your CGT exemption for a future sale, the smart move is to get to valued before you rent it out.

    What happens if the person is at home 24/7, running the aircon / heater / etc, how do you plan to apportion bills.

    YouÔÇÖd want to have clearly defined house rules.
