PLEASE NOTE: The visitor complex will open at 7:00 AM ET on September 10, 2023 for viewing of the Atlas V NROL-107 launch.
Parking and ticketing will open at 6:45 AM ET.
Plan on increased traffic in and on Kennedy Space Center.

LC-39 Observation Gantry (Sold Out)

  • See the rocket leave the launch pad
  • Additional Launch Transportation Ticket (LTT) required in addition to valid admission ticket
  • Approximately 2.3 miles / 3.7 kilometers from launch pad
  • Buses will board at engine-end of Saturn 1B rocket in the Rocket Garden at 7:15 AM
  • Launch audio and communicator commentary available
  • Includes light snack and souvenir (redeemed at LC-39 viewing site)

Atlantis North Lawn

Located to the left when approaching Space Shuttle Atlantis®

  • See the rocket once it clears the tree line
  • Approximately 7.1 miles / 11.4 kilometers from the launch pad
  • Viewing area opens at 7:30 AM
