Did you have any taxable amount of your incentive payment after claiming expenses? What does it say in Box 1 of your W-2? Is it just your base pay? My experience is that any taxable amount of your PPM incentive payment would be included with your base pay on one W-2.
There’s two different sections in MyPay for W2s. One is the normal W2 and the other is the travel W2. Did you check both areas? If you received a PPM payout in 2023 then you definitely should get one. I can’t imagine one service not providing when others do as they all follow the same tax code.
