Google the IBKR mutual fund search tool, select your country, money market, and commission charged: no. You’ll see a list of MMFs you can trade for free. The non-free ones are traded with a flat fee (not %, like ETFs), which may be preferable in some cases. Best to use another tool to compare them in all aspects (try e.g. CAPinside, but don’t give them real personal details, except email, as they’re spammy). Which one to use depends on the initial investment and the [money market fund category](https://www.immfa.org/about-mmfs/investor-help.html) you are comfortable with. If you want the highest security level, only public-debt & assets backed by such, you’d have to go for a CNAV MMF, but the choice is very limited on IBKR and requires high minimum initial investments (the low-minimum €50K share class of BlackRock’s CNAV exists but is not available on IBKR; it also comes with excessively high mgmt fees; the smallest on IBKR is with a €1M minimum). You can find good, incl. [AAAmf-rated](https://www.spglobal.com/ratings/en/research/articles/240131-european-aaam-money-market-fund-trends-fourth-quarter-2023-12987607), LVNAV & other funds, with lower minimums or even €0 minimums & free to trade. If you want only public debt for smaller amounts, I think you have to go for the ETFs (0.05% transaction fee one way + any spread): Amundi Govies 0-6m or Invesco Cash 3M (both tracking the same index, FTSE Eurozone Government Bill 0-6 Month Capped).

I don’t know about IBKR fees but have a look at:

Lyxor Smart Overnight Return UCITS ETF C-EUR

Xtrackers II EUR Overnight Rate Swap UCITS ETF 1C

How can you buy without a transaction fee ? Are they ETFs or a security that gets traded?
