The COLA seems normal. I am in Hawaii, and I got $322 on my most recent paycheck for COLA.
You get BAH based on your losing duty station’s zip code while you are on PCS leave, so your BAH looks right if you took a couple days of PCS leave.
Your COLA might be higher than normal if you arrived in HI mid November because you are being backpayed COLA for November plus all of December.
When you are on leave in between your training to first duty station you are authorized bah. ThatÔÇÖs because you in government quarters at the time.
You will also collect BAS while on leave, that is because you are not authorized to eat at the dining facility on leave.
COLA possibly a prorate since it starts the day you arrive to base, if they didnÔÇÖt get it in time could be two to four pay periods of COLA.
Make sure to spend it all, but donÔÇÖt go over the limit. They canÔÇÖt take back what you donÔÇÖt have. Save the receipts to show proof that you donÔÇÖt have it anymore.
IÔÇÖm not sure why you received BAH, but they will not take the money out for your account. They will just deduct it from future paychecks if it needs paid back.
Cola is correct for sure. The BAH in barracks is very odd though. Definitely contact your admin department.
