## News: Technology: Tech: WhatsApp gets chat filtering on Android for easy navigation
### WhatsApp testing a new feature for select beta testers that lets them filter chats by All, Unread, and Groups

WhatsApp users can finally filter chats on the home page. Currently available for select beta testers on Android (via Google Play Store), WhatsApp version 2.23.14.17 greets users with a new and simplified home UI, which will display different filters, enabling users to quickly jump into a specific conversation, without scrolling through 100s of chats.
According to a report by WABetaInfo, this feature is currently limited to select users who have enrolled in the Google beta test program. The latest beta version of WhatsApp categorizes chats into three major filters: all, unread, and group. As the name suggests, if you select the all filter, WhatsApp will show all the chats, and if you choose the unread filter, it will only display unread chats. Lastly, if you tap on the group filter, it will show all the group chats. To access this new feature, users have to scroll down to the bottom of the chat page.
AI legalese decoder can help in understanding the legal terms and conditions related to accessing beta features and enrolling in beta test programs. It can analyze and simplify complex legal language, helping users make informed decisions about participating in such programs.
