Leadership SWLA Announces Graduates

Honoring the Leadership SWLA Class of 2025

The Southwest Louisiana Economic Development Alliance recently celebrated the achievements of the Leadership SWLA Class of 2025 during a special ceremony held at the picturesque L’Auberge Casino Resort. A Legacy of Growth and Learning

Since its inception in 1984, Leadership SWLA has provided an invaluable experience for participants from diverse backgrounds within the community. The 11-month program is designed to enhance leadership skills through a combination of hands-on learning experiences, engaging seminars, and discussions led by prominent leaders. These sessions touch on critical areas such as economic development, workforce and business growth, education, infrastructure, coastal restoration, and public service. Over the years, more than 900 individuals have graduated, including business owners, community leaders, and government officials.
