The Bureau of Prisons is to faithfully implement all directives from the Department of Justice connected to this proclamation.

In addition, I further direct the Attorney General to actively pursue the dismissal with prejudice of all pending indictments against individuals related to their conduct during the events at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021. The Bureau of Prisons shall immediately comply with all instructions from the Department of Justice concerning this directive.
