Jimmy Fallon has issued a sincere apology to his staff following the release of a report that shed light on the presence of a “toxic workplace” environment on The Tonight Show. The article, published by Rolling Stone, described a “pretty glum atmosphere” over the years at the NBC show.

To address the situation, Fallon personally spoke to his staff, expressing his regret and taking responsibility for creating such an environment. He acknowledged that he had done “embarrassing” things in the past and emphasized his desire for the show to be inclusive, fun, and the best it can be.
