Martinson &Beason has represented my family in resolving my uncleÔÇÖs estate. We began this process in February 2023. As Administrator for the family I have been very pleased with their work. This is the first time I have personally worked with this firm. The legal advice and customer service has been excellent. Setting up meetings, returning calls and responding to emails have exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Martinson & Beason.
I would highly recommend Douglas Martinson III and his assistant Erin Stewart to anyone in need of an estate lawyer. They went above and beyond in assisting me with the administration of an Estate that had several complex elements to it. They provided me with all the information and guidance I needed to get the job done well. They are both very knowledgeable and handled the case with genuine care. They are 100% the team you want in your corner.
My mother lived in Huntsville while I lived out-of-state, in Arizona. As her health declined, it was an immense relief to be able to call on Doug when issues came up that I could not immediately take care of myself – closing out her safe deposit box when her bank branch unexpectedly closed, for example. He gave me invaluable advice when questions arose concerning her nursing home care and helped me navigate through closing out her estate after she passed. Over the years I have found him to be responsive, thoughtful, and thorough. His guidance has saved me much time, money and work as first my mother’s POA, and later, as her Personal Representative.
I would like to say what a wonderful experience I have had with Martinson and Beason. I have been working with a wonderful attorney who is kind , actually listens to his clients but most importantly explains things so you understand thanks D. Stephanie is amazing!!! She answers every email, phone call and question. While your reading this you might think isn’t that her job and I would say “yes it is” but most don’t do that. I have worked with several different lawyers and their staff over the years for different things and I have never received this level of attention and dedication to doing a great job. I need to also give a shout out to Shannon who directed me and helped me get an appointment. Shannon also has been wonderful answering calls and questions at every step with such a great personality and attitude about the work. How could I forget Lisa, she is their receptionist and goes above and beyond, answering the phone listening to clients, notarizing all my documents, and regardless of how busy she is she ALWAYS greets me with a smile. What a wonderful team. Dealing with the probate of my parents estate has be hard in many ways this team made it so much easier. I would give 10 stars if I could! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I am happy to write this review for Doug. We had recently relocated to Huntsville from Illinois. We knew that our various estate designations from Illinois needed to be changed to Alabama.
We were told that the best estate attorney in Huntsville was Doug Martinson so we made an appointment.
Doug explained our options in a clear and understandable manner. We engaged him to review and set up a complete estate plan for us. We couldn’t be happier with the result. His fees were very reasonable.
Sally & I HIGHLY recommend DOUG MARTINSON for any and all of your estate planning needs.
